We are looking for a Controlling Officer Senior, responsible for leading financial planning and controlling activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cost analysis, inventory and cost reconciliations, and standard cost management. Provides accurate financial insights to support strategic decision-making, improve operational performance, and ensure effective planning and control across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including Profit & Loss (P&L) reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Perform cost account reconciliations, including Production Cost Statements, to ensure financial integrity and compliance.
Reconcile inventory balances and analyze inventory variances.
Lead budget planning, forecasting, and monthly financial estimate processes, providing detailed variance analysis and recommendations.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial planning data uploaded into the MACS system for budgeting and monthly forecasting.
Calculate and maintain hourly labor rates used for costing and financial analysis.
Determine and maintain Standard Costs and Average Prices for products and materials.
Analyze manufacturing costs, operational performance, and profitability, identifying risks and opportunities for cost optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, Manufacturing and Supply Chain to support business objectives.
Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, corporate policies, and applicable accounting standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing financial insights and performance analysis.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
3 years of experience in Controlling, Cost Accounting, or Financial Planning within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Proven experience in cost calculation and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and manufacturing cost control.
Strong knowledge of SAP (FI/CO preferred).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Solid understanding of corporate finance, project financing, and financial planning principles.
Knowledge of manufacturing business processes, including purchasing, production, inventory management, and capital investments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable business insights.
